Community Projects

CHAPS is a voluntary neighborhood association in Cedar Hills / Cedar Hills Estates consisting of neighbors who help pick up litter, who cut back vegetation in overgrown areas, who clean up a yard or two  if they have been abandoned, and other projects agreed upon by willing participants!  This is a grassroots effort to keep our little part of Jacksonville looking beautiful and also connecting neighbors to build a stronger sense of community.   

Occasionally, CHAPS organizes community yard sales too!  Many thanks to Hope Church of Cedar Hills, f/k/a Cedar Hills Baptist Church for hosting a few of those community yard sales!  These community yard sales showcase our neighborhood in a positive light and also help put money in people's pockets.
