CHAPS 32210

Cedar Hills Area Preservation Society was conceptualized and established in mid-2023 for neighbors by neighbors. CHAPS is intended to act as a unifying force for Cedar Hills and Cedar Hills Estates home owners and renters to be heard by local government, to connect neighbors who hold similar visions of an improving neighborhood and to perpetuate the saying "West Side IS the Best Side!"  A small part of this civic association addresses such things overgrown yards. However, the main intentions are to establish fun traditions like neighborhood-wide yard sales, block parties, plant swaps, breakfast club, volunteerism and connections with each other.
